IPOA Reveals CCTV Tampering in Albert Ojwang Case, Contradicting Suicide Report

Speaking before the Senate on Wednesday, June 11, IPOA Deputy Chairperson Ann Wanjiku revealed that new evidence contradicts the earlier police report that blogger Albert Ojwang took his own life.

Wanjiku stated that IPOA’s investigative team discovered that the CCTV system at the office of the Central Police Station OCS had been tampered with, raising further questions about the circumstances surrounding Ojwang’s death.
